As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com

Wallpaper Orders take an estimated 3-4 weeks** from receipt of order, any additional delay due to production or supply will be notified by email.
Sample Orders will take between 1-2 weeks to deliver Canada & USA (Deliveries are slowed due to Covid). We can offer expedited delivery services (UPS or Purolator) for sample orders if you require a faster delivery (at an extra cost)
Sample orders over $110 USD incur a $30 USD shipping charge and will automatically be shipped by UPS (subject to change)
*Remote areas in US & Canada may require an additional charge, to be mutually agreed and applied after purchase.
** Our specialty wallpapers may take longer. As well, Covid-19 restrictions may impede delivery times.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days. You will be able to cancel within those 5 days by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
or calling 1-866-330-0613. Please include your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on shipped products. We encourage you to order samples before you purchase.
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If your items have been damaged in transit, please send photos & order number to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf
